Folders Become Shortcut: how to solve it

Hello friends !!

If your hard disk or pen drive is showing shortcut instead of folders, you can try the following solution:

  • Do not format your drive,
  • Check whether the files are not in hidden mode.
  • Click on “Start” –>Run–>type cmd and click on OK.
  • Enter this command:

attrib -h -r -s /s /d drive letter:\*.*

Note : Replace the drive letter with your drive letter

  • Now check for your files.

It works !!
